Screened Porches & Screened Patios in Foley, AL

✦ Built for the Way Foley Lives Outside

Foley isn't slowing down. As the fastest-growing city in Baldwin County, with amazing spots to enjoy coffee and even outdoor entertainment at OWA!

This also means new neighborhoods are popping up across town each season — and with them, more backyards, more patios, and more families looking to actually use their outdoor space without fighting bugs, sun, and weather to do it.

That's where we come in. We design and build custom screened porches and screened patios for homeowners across Foley, from established neighborhoods near downtown to the newest developments off Highway 59 and County Road 20.

Why Foley Homeowners Need a Screen, Not Just a Patio

If you've spent an evening outside in Foley and walked away covered in bites you can't even see the source of, you already know. Much of the new construction around Foley sits on what used to be farmland, and that soil is prime territory for no-see-ums — tiny biting midges that slip through standard mesh and make dusk on the patio nearly unbearable.

What's Important For Your Screen Enclosure?

Foley may sit miles back from the immediate coastline, but don't let that fool you — this is still coastal Baldwin County.

Some salt air still makes its way up to Foley, Al, causing damage to HVAC systems, outdoor furniture, and structures like screened patios.

Make sure your contractor is using quality materials on your project like Phifer screen 20/20 and a Zues Screen Door by PCA. There are other upgrades you can make to create the ultimate lasting space, but having the right screen and the correct door are crucial.

Maintenancing your screen enclosure by rinsing it off throughout the year and getting a house wash will lengthen its usable life span.
